Harrisburg Banks Handle Eighty-four Million in Year Ilarrisburg's banks handled the breath-quickening sum of $84,078,- 362.34 during the year ending October 1, according to a report of Al. K. Thomas, secretary of the city's Clear ing House Association. The Increase over last year is no sum to be sniffed at, either; it totaled $3.139,459.97. November didn't show up so well as the same month of a year ago. During the month just closed the clearances totaled $6,848,579.93, while the cor responding month of 1913 showed that $7,212,263.26 went across the Clearing House counters, a decrease for Novem ber, n»l4, of $870,693.3".
