The Mall says that Turkey does not
intend to employ tho warships against
Russia and adds:
"There appears to be no doubt that
their purchase is a direct contraven
tion of international law, but the
opinion is gaining ground in diplo
matic circles that Turkey s the vic
tim of a German trap to embroil her
with the Triple Entente."
