Large Quantities of
Arms Are Landed in
Ulster For Volunteers

Dublin, June 18.—Large quantities
• of rifles and ammunition were landed
: during the night on the Connemara
coast in the west of Ireland for the na-
L tionallst volunteers. The consignments
« are supposed to have been brought
' by mysterious vessels which had been
sighted cruising along the eoust for a
week past hut had refused to reply
to any signals.
The rifles are said to be of the latest
American pattern. Torpedo bonis
have been ordered to patrol the coast
to prevent further gun running.
