Tun Color ON 1861.—This magnificent comet
was again plainly visible to the naked eye last
night, and hundreds enjoyed the beautiful spec
tacle. Its nucleus did not appen to ui pits so
bright or large as upon the first night of its tip
pearance, and its tail though narrower was much
longer. The rays were distinctly marked, and
stretched up even beyond the smith.. , This
comet has been about probably for some time,
but both of its 'transits occurring in the .clay
time and not being expected, it was not visible
before Sunday night. It can, doubting, be nen
every clear night for some time yet.
