Judgo for the 4th Judicial District of Pennsylvania,
and Royal Wheeler and Victor Case, E=q.’s, Aeso
ciate Judges in Tioga county, have* issued their pre
cept, bearing date the fiih day of Feb, 18G4, and
to me directed, lor the holding of Orphan’s Court,
Court of Common Picas, General Qjjprter Sessions
and Oyer and Tenulner, at Wellsboro. for the County
of Tioga, on the sth Monday of May, (being the
SOth-day,) 1864, and to continue two weeks.
Notice is therefore hereby given, to tbc Coroner,
Justices of the Peace, and‘’Constables iu and for the
county of Tioga, to appear in their own proper per
sons, with their records,inquisitions, examinations and
remembrances, to do those things which of their ofn
ccs and in their behalf appertain to bu done, and all
witnesses and other persons prosecuting in behalf of

farm, for raising sheep or hops, targe orchard of
apple and pear trees, chiefly grafted fruit—about 200

interest upon the cost of the whole property. It is
distant about 12 miles from {he Tioga Railroad, which
connects with the Eric Railroad at Corning. Leave
Corning at 7i a. m., take stage at Tioga Station, reach
