My store house together with several others, was burned, to th* ground in Inarch last. The Safe fell through into the cellar, and was exposed to intense heat for six or eight hours, and when it was taken from the ruins and opened, all its contents were found to be in a perfect state, the books and papers not being injured ha the least.
