Peck Improved Direct Action Wupjr Wheels, would say to the owners of Saw Mills in Tioga county, that he to furnish the above men tioned Water Wheel at Wellsboro’, at any time af ter this date, on the most reasonable terms. These Wheels arc warranted to do the best bu« si ness with the least quantity of* water of any Wheel in use, (except an Overshot.)
