STANDARD MEDICINE for the speedy, radical and effectual cure 01 all diseases arising from IMPURITY OF THE BLOOD This medicine has wrought the most miraculous awns in desperate cases of Scrofula, Cutaneous Diseases, Pimples on the Face, Old stubborn Ulcers, Tetter Affections, Dyspepsia, Jaundice, Mercurial Diseases, Liver Complaint, Low Spirits, FEMALE COMPLAMTB, and all Diseases originating in an Impure state of she Blood. THR ADONIS Is A PORTRAIT OF DAvzo M'CREAYT• Sworn statement of David M'Creary, of Naple• tp., Bedford roomy; In April, 1856, as near as I can remember, a small pimple made its appearance pn my upper hp, whisk soon became enlarged and sore. 1 used poultices of sorrel, and a wash of blue vitriol, without effect.— Finding the sore extending, I called on Dr. Ely, of Schellsburg, who pronounced it CANCER, and pre scribed a wash of sugar of lead and bread poultices. Finding these remedies of no avail, I called upon Dr. Shaffer, of Davidsville, Somerset county, who also pronounced the disease Cancer, and gave me interned and external remedies—the latter consisting principally of caustic; but all to no purpose as the disease erne tinued spreading toward the nose. I next used a prep aration of arsenic, in the form of salve. This for a ' time checked the disease, but the intiamation soon le ft:, aced. 1 called upon Dr. Stotler, of St. Clairsville, Bedford county, who also pronounced the disease Can cer, and applied a salve s rid to be a never failing rein. edy, but it had no effect whatever in checking the spread of the sore. In Decedther in the same year, the disease had eaten away a greater part of my upper lip, and had attacked the nose, when I went to Cincinnati where I consulted Prof R. S. Newton, of the Eclectic Medical College. lie pronounced the disease "a ea taneous Cancer, superinduced by an inordinate use of mercury." lie applied mild zinc ointment, and gave use internal remedies. My face healed up, but the ha elimination was not thoroughly removed. In February, 1657 ' he pronounced me cured, and I left for home. In April the disease again returned, and so violent was the pain that I couia not rest at night. Late in May 1 returned to Cincinnati, and again placed myself under the charge of Dr. Newton. with whom I remained Un tit September, during which time he used every known remedy, and partly succeeded in checking the diem's% but when I returned home there were still three dis charging ulcers upon my face. I continued using New ton's preparations, and also medicine that J got frog; Dr. Ely, but the Cancer continued growing until it had eat off the left side of say sass, tAs greater parties of asy left estee*, sad .sad attacked soy but err. I had given up all hope of ever being cured, since Dr. Ely said: he could only give relief, but that a cure was impossible In March, 1858, I bought a bottle of "Blood Searcher;" but I must confess that I bad no faith in it. I was very weak when I commenced taking it; but I found that I gained strength day by day, and also that the ulcers commenced drying up. I continued, and when the third bottle was taken, my face was healed ae if by a miracle. I used the fourth bottle, and I have bees healthier since than I have been for the last seven years. Although my face is sadly disfigured, I am still grateful to a benign Providence whe has spared my life, and which has been done through the instrumentality ot, LINDBE% '8 IMPROVED BLOOD SEARCHER. DAVID IIeCREARY. Sworn and subscribed, this 31st day of Augret, A. D. 1858, before me, one of the justices of the peace in, and for the borough of Hollidaysburg, Blair county, Pa. JOHN GORLEY, J. P. Witness—U. J. Jos as. We also refer to the case of Nancy Bleakney, a Blderton, Armstrong county, Pa., cured of Scrofula after being unable to get out of bed for three yearly. To the case of a lady in Ansonville, Clearfield court ty, Who was also afflicted with Scrofula in its Wollt. thrin. lo the case of George Meisel, residing In Carroll town, Cambria county, Pennsylvania, who was so badly afflicted with Cancer that it ate his entire nose oft, and his case was worse, if possible, than Mc- Creary's. The particWais of these Lases—every one of which was cared by the use of the "Blood Searcher"—may also be found in a circular to be had of any oral' agents. A BAD SORE LEO CURED.—Pittsburgl, September 18, 1861-1 hereby certify that I have had a yore legfor over a year. it was covered with ulcers and sores no that I could not work for nearly a year. My leg swell, ed so that I was unable. to do anything for a long thae,, for at least six months. I tried several of the best doe tora in the city, but without any benefit; finally I called on Dr. Keyser, at No. 140 Wood street who only et, tended me about two weeks, and gave me bu ttwo bola ties of medicine, and I am entirely well, and have con., tinned well for six months. lam employed at the Eagle Engine House on Fourth street, where any one can see me. Thomas FARRELL. READ THIS Cetta.—l was of icted with a horrid di tease in my feet and ankles, so much so that for silt weeks I was confined to my bed, and at other times to my chair, where I was compelled to sit for weeks. I was in the care of both our eminent physicians for a long time, but they-could do nothing to effect a cure or ease my pain. My feet and legs became very much swollen, and having heard of your Blood Searcher (although I had very little faith in 1.), I was induced by Messrs. Alexander & Son, agents at this place, to try it. I had not used one bottle before I began to firol immediate relief. I tried another, and am now able to walk about without crutches. I have tried other patent medicines, but received no benefit. I take pleasure in recommending your Blood Searcher above all others, to those who may be afflicted as I t.tve been. Yours, truly, PETER RIMIER,. . . APOLLO, Armstrong Co., Pa., Dec. 12, 1859. We, the undersigned citizens of lipono, being ae quainted with the facts in the above statement, testify to their correctness. Jeer. hi'lavAts, J. S. ALEXANDIES, 405 AVGAsyus, Wm. Batmen.
