Tbe Commissioners of Clarion county have lot the contra t for the erection of a new bridge across the Clarion river at the mouth of Toboy creek, to take the place of the old covered bridge blown down last spring a year ago. The new bridge will cost ?12,000. The Armstrong county gas field is now said to be the greatest discovered. It is more productive, proportionately, than the famous Murraysville field.
