In doing so, howev er, 1 wjsh to assure those of my friends who have unhesitatingly offered me their support, that I heartily appreciate thoir kindness, and shall feel under lasting obligations toward them. Respectrully, C. F. Gillespie. Attend thePrimaries. It is scarcely necessary to apprise Republicans of the fact that one week from next Saturday, June 7th, tho Republican Primary election takes place iu tbU county, nevertheless it is well enough to say that there should be a good turnout all over the county. Numerous precincts Lave been fixed for the convenience of voters, and there are very few places in the county where the voters have far to go in order to deposit their ballots. Vote for tho host men, according to your own notion, aud 'ho result will bo sat isfactory without a question. There is plenty of material to select from, and the man who cannr.t suit hitmtlf is hard to pleaso. Get your Republican neighbor to go out with you, and make a special effort to bring out a large vote. No Republican should absent himself from the primaries. Hon. Robt. E.
