The circular of the North Western Association was read and approved This reunion will take place at Brad ford, on Wednesday, August 22, and the committee to ascertain the rail road fare and report. The fare from Tionesta will be one fare one way, or $2.41 for the round trip. Comrade O'Flaherty of Oil City, on the com mittee on transportation, uudcr date of August 6, says he expects to secure rates for special train for the benefit of comrades residing in the Allegheny valley above Oil City, and if the rates can bo still further reduced will in form the Fost. Comrade Isaac N. Shimp was re-in stated at this meeting. The Post then went into a commit tee of the whole on the subject of the meeting at Bradford on August 22. A motion was made to go as a Post to Bradford, aud it was recommended by Capt. Knox, Black and others, that tbey go in uuiform as far as possible, and endeavor at least to procure caps as fur as possible, and arriving at Bradford, to keep together as a Post ; which resolution was carried.
