The road will be built to a point at or near Clintonville, and will be twenty nine miles long. At the annual meeting of the Pittsburgh Tilutvillc aud Buffalo Railroad Company at Philadelphia, Tuesday, the directors reported that in 187(3, since tho organization of tho com pany on January 12, tho total receipts were $705,109 20, being $103,77081 decrease from tha whole year 1875; tot al expenses $ 455,828 47 ; decrease $115, 047 39 ; net earnings, $250,19073 ; in crease, $11,270 58.
