The following items are taken from tuo Brookville Republican : On Thursday morning last, the saw mill, dwelling, barn, wagon, sleds and sleigh, as well as a large amount of lumber, belonging to Messrs. On Thursday evening last, as the western-bound express neared the Fuckerly bridge, two small children were discovered on the road, and every effort made to stop the train, aud so far succeeded as to allow the youngest, a little boy of three years, to leave the track; but the oldest, a little girl of five years, became confused and was t truck by the cow-catcher, of the locomotive, throwing her over the em bankment a distance of about forty feet, inflicting injuries lrom which she died about three hours afterward.
