John Auman, Israel Hoover, Anthony Knnpp and Hiram Kaupp with cioaspiracy, in charging bira with having stolen the bogs. The ink bad scarcely tiaie to dry on tbe in formation to which Shaulis had made bis mark, before Emanuel Auman made infor mation against bi:u for perjury, allegint that be swore falsely in the information charging him and others with conspiracy. Both case were put down for trial at the January sessions. 135 The grand jury iiroored the conspiracy bill, but found a trueblll against shauiis tor perjury. The case was tried, and be wa. convicted and sentenced to the penitentiary f.r a period of one year. The result of this con sultation was an agreement upon the part of the doctor to perform ovariotomy and re move tha tumor if possible. On Taesnay of last week Mr. and Mrs. Fry and ber mother came to town (or the purpose of having the tumor removed on , tbe following Thursday.
