Durham, the newly elected County Commissioner
was sworn In, on Wednesday latt, and entered
upon the duties of his olllce. Mr. Durham) ns

cellent man for that position. We feel confident
that with two such men ns Messrs. Durham nnd
Yastiuc in that olllce, that the affairs of our
eonnty will soon assume a different shape and
tho taxpayers will be greatly relieved of the
