The coroner, Justices of the Penre and consta
bles in and for the county of Northumberland, are
rccjucotcd to be then and there in their proper per
sons, Willi their rolls, records, inquisitions, and
other remembrances, to do those things to their
several ollieeS appertaining to he clone. And all
witnesses prosecuting in behalf of the Common
wealth agnitist any prisoner are also requested and
commanded to he then and there attending in their
proper persons to prosecute azninst him, as shall
he just and not to depart without leave at their
peril. Jurors ore requested to be punctual in their
