llefieU! has retired from his post as Janitor at
tho Boston Medical College, and removed to
Vermont, to livo upon a farm which he has

Tea Culture. An agency has just been
.established in Charleston, S. C, for the
ealo of tea plants, and seeds, sent direct
from China. The seeds are of ihe size
and color of a hazel nut, and contains an
oily kennel.
! The "Social System," was again carried
oni in Louisville last week, by a pair, hus
band and wife, on Ihe atreet. They were
jibing along easily together with a lighted
cigtr, which was alternately passed from
one to the other's mouth, the pulling of
which they enjoyed most hugely.
Bio Fish. On Mondsy evening, fifteen
rock, weighing, the largest one hundred and

Polomao river. They were sold fur about a
cent a pound. Rock weighing two hundred
pound have been captured at Sandy Point.
