Works is pledged for the payment Of the Bonds 'and
Coupons, and the latter are by law made receivable
fpr Water Rents. and the Act authoriting the Loan
creates a SINKING FUND of not less than two
per cent.. of all bonds which may have been issned in
pursuance of said Act. Tile Councils arc bound to
appropriate annually a sufficient sum ibr interest,
and not less than two per cent. of all bonds which
may have tinted to go into the Sinking and.
The proceeds of these Bonds can only be used for
