Goods have for some time been missed on the line be tween New York and the western cities, and sus picion haring been excited at the above mention ed depot, a watch was sewed; Bet, who discov ered six men enter the depot with dark lanterns, and proceed to break open boxes and abstract . goods. The watch took note of all their opera tions, and identified' the persons without being seen, and suffered them to depart, and the fol lowing morning the whole six were arrested, threebelonging to one family, the father and two Sons, and all the six were in the employ of the company.
