I have arranged some facts and statistics
'from Hunt's Magazine - and the Railroad hair
net, representing the resources of the thirteen
counties in this State, and the thirteen in New
York through which the -A. V. Reitioed will
pan; also, the population o/Pitteburgh, Buffa
lo, and Rochester; Boston iho great railroad
city; New Orleans, the great commercial city
of the South; Oincinnattand Cleveland; also the
commerce of the/sakes and rivers and thn New
York canal!, with calculation! of what the pop
ulation and trade will be in futon.
I Jo not believe, after a careful examination
of these facts and figures, any man will hesitate
to recommend She Commissioners , to subscribe
tothe above roamed road. 'The goat trade un e d
commerce on ear Laken, which has induced New
• York to open tee rodtee to these Lacs, and
Boston to, make two Railroatta, one to Montreal,
and one &Ogdensburg, in addition to her rail,
