When seen by a Tribune man yeMeid.iy af ternoon, he declared that the affaits of the Lackawanna telegraphers were still In a rather undecided state. All communications between the company and tho telegraphers, he said, were being made thiough the chairman of tho telegraphers' com mittee, J. W. J-eluir. Mr. Schue has not been fh this ilty since June to pee the Lackawanna authorities, and the negotiations have been transacted through written communications.
