John Gaughan, who was until a few years ago the well known Main street restautanteur, died at the Car bondale hospital at an early hour yes terday morning. He was born In Pitts ton 4S years ago. In early life he went to Waymart, where he was In tho em ploy of the Delaware and Hudson com pany. About ten years ago he opened a restaurant In this city. The enter prise was profitable and he retired a few years ago. He was a member of tho C. M. B. A. A wife, daughter and Infant son survive him. The funeral arrangements have not been made.
