Parsons who, having been stockhold ers of the bank, have, transferred their shares, or anv of them, to others, or reg istered the transfer thereof, within sixty days beforo the commencement of the suspension of paMiicnt by the bank, shall be liable to all such shares held or sub scribed for by them, as if they held such shares at the time of suspension of pay ment, saving their recouno acninst tho-so by whom such shares were then actual ly held.
