ly killed his wife in their home.

sending two bullets into the woman's
left breast the murderer turned upon
their three-year-old daughter and tired
a shot at her head. The bullet struck
the child on the right side of the temple,
but glanced olf, inflicting but u slight
wound.
The little girl was stunned, however,
and fell to the tioor, while Nelson sup
posing ghe, too, was dead ran from the
house. He wus arrested a few min
utes later.
