lnstiCuto was called •to order .by 'the Presi
dent. Details were then made for giving the
best methods of teaching Mental and Writ;
ten Arithmetic, Writing, Reading, Geography
and Orthography. The time for holding the
next session was fixed 'upon the 12th of

at Peach Bottom, Drumore township, this
