Capt. S. W. Gordon, at Fort Jail, in the said State of Georgia, and brought into the port of Philadelphia, in the mid District, to be monirshol, cited. and called to judgment, at the time end place underwritten, and to the effect hereafter expressed, ((justice so requiring ) You are therefore charged and strictly enjoined and com mended, that you omit not', but that, by publishing these presents in at least two of the daily newspapers printed and published in the city of Philadelphia, and in the Legal /Wei/Veneer, you do monied' and cite, or cause to be monished and cited, peremptorily, all persons in gene ral who have, or pretend to have, any right, title, or in terest in the said six hutdred and fifty-eight bites of rail toad iron, to appear before the lion.
