The Reading Rs:head has brought dowel, from
the ikhltylkill region, during the past week.
35,158 11 tons of coal; an increase of 5,170 tons, as
compared with the same weplt last y.-sr. The an
thracite and bituminous coal, from _Harrisburg,
which also same down the road from Reading, is
not included in the above ; it will swell the in
creaser to about 7,500 tons. The Sehtqlkill Canal
has brought down 30 226 10 tons ; a decrease of
1,853 tons, as compared with the same week last
year.
The following is the amount of coal shipped over
the Huntingdon and Broad Top Mountain Rail
road, for the week ending Wednesday, May 15.
