south side of Master-street, and at tho distance of one
hundred, and sixty feet southward from toe south side

eastward of the same width at right angles with said
road, one hundred and fifteen feet, upon which is
erected a two story frame house.

Phanix street, in the Kensington district of the Nor
thern Liberties, Philadelphia,containing in fronton
said Oadwalader street, thirty-three feet, and extending
in depth westward, between parallel linos at right
angles with said Oadwalader street, one hundred feet,
upon which is erected a two-story brick stable and car
riage bouse.

dred and seventy-six feet southward from the south
side of Phoenix street, in tho Kensington district of
the Northern Liberties, of Philadelphia, containing in
