the Cuy of Washington—Two beautiful de
figws are already fele fted for the entire front*
on two of the public squares ; from the!e
drawngs, it is proposed to erect two ccntrc
and tour corner buildings, as foou as poflible
alter this Lottery is fold, and to convey them
when complete, 10 the fortunate adventurers,
in the rranner described in the fcherae tor
the Hotel Lottery. A nett d< du&ion of five
per cent, will be made to defray rhe neces
sary expcnces of printing, &c. and the fui
plus will be made a part of the fund intended
lor the National Univeifity, to be etefted
within the City of Walhington.

as the Tickets are fold, or at all events on
Monday, the 22nd of December next: The
money prires will be payable in thirty day*
z'tcr it is fintfhed, any prices for which
fortunate numbers are not produced within
twelve months after the drawing isclofed are
to be confideted as given towards the fund
for the Univtrfity, it being determined to
fettle the whole bnfinefs in a year from the
ending of the drawing and to take up the
bonds given as security.
The real securities given for the payment
of the Prizes, are heM by the Prcfiderit and

are valued at more than half the amount of
the Lottery. The drawing will be under
the management ot 24. gentlemen approved
