N. Cumming, of Newark, Jacob R.. Har
denberg, of New-Brunfwick, and Jonathan
d Rhea, of Trenton, as immediate Managers
thereof, who have given ample fecuiity for
Jifcharging the trust reposed in them.

the Lottery have directed that the Managers
shall eacfi enter into bonds in 4c,000 dollars,
with four fuEficient fecuritirs, to perfonn their
