INFORMATION has been made to the Board of Health that casus of cholera occurring outside of the dty have been brought within Its limits fbr relief. No doubt the frleuds of the sick are prompted by motives of hamanity, yut it is proper they should be Informed that they subject themselves to a severe penalty by so d<?lng. The Legislature passed laws regulating this matter, in cases where the disease is malignant or contagious, In order that the densely populated city may be protected from any unnecessary scourge, which, when it has gained a footing, scarcely rests .so long as there remains a subject fbr its re morseless attack. If patients seized with cholera, or any malignant or conta gious disease, outside the city, most be removed to any of the Hospitals, persons conveying them thither must have a permit from the Board of Health.
