Iti peculiar chemical . qualities have a beneficial effect upon the growth- and character cf the hair, giving a silky and glossy texture to that which was former ly of a coarse and dry nature. It has also a tendency to preserve the youthful color and appearance of the hair, and destroying or counteracting the effects of age. With such recommendations In Its favor, we hardly perceive bow any lady or gentleman should be without so valuable an adjunct to the toilet Persons who have used it from the age of sixty-four dowi£declare it to be the most perfect ar ticle to secure the object intended ever yet produced. Gray hair, whether produced by the slow progress of time, or by any of the causes which whiten the leeks prematurely, is restored to a healthy, lively appearance, and all the disa. greeable effects of dryness, the accumulation of dandruff or like imparities, are removed. ' From the Editor of the Real Estate Advertiser, 27 School ni Boston, March 20,1854. Pao ?. Woon: Dear Sir—Having become prematurely quite gray, I was Induced seme six weeks since, to make trial of your Hair Restorative. 1 have used less than two bottles, but the gray halts have all disappeared; and al though my hair has not fully attained Its origioal f*olor, yet the process of change is gradually going on, and I have great hopes that, in a short time, my hair will be as as formerly. I have also been much gratified at the healthy moisture and vigor of the hair, which before was harsh and dry, and it baa ceased to come out as formerly. Respectfully Yours, D. 0 M. Rupp. Prop. Wood: Dear Sir —My hair commenced falliag off some three or four years since, and continued to do so until I became quite bald. I tried all the popular remedies of the day, but to no effect; at last I was Induced to use >oar cel ebrated Hair Restorative, and am very hnppy to say it Is doing wonders. I have now a fine growth of young hair, and cheerfully recommend Its use to all similarly afflicted. A. O. Williamson, 153 Second street. St. Louis, March 7th, 1854. Caulvie, HU June 27 th, 1563.%«- I have mod Prof. O. J. Wood’s Hair Restorative, nnd huty admired its wonderful effect. My hair was becoming, as t thought, prematurely gray, but by the use of bin ltestcr i tive, it has resumed its original color, and, I have no doubt, permanently so. Stdnet Brkisk, Ex-Senator, United States, ViKCENNts, Indiana, June 15th, 1853. Paov. O. J. Wood: Dear Sir—As you are a»out to manu facture extenrlvely and vend your rereniiy discovered Hair Restorative, I will state, for whomsoever It may concern, that I bare used it, and knowo others ore it; that I have for several years been in the habit of uring other Hair Re storatives, and that 1 find yours vastly superior to any other I know. It entirely cleanses the bead of dandruff, and with one month’s proper uss will restore any perreu's hair to the original youthful oolor and texture, giving it n healthy, roft, and glossy appearance, and all this without discoloring thedmnda that apply it, or the dress r n which It drops. 1 would, therefore, recommend its use in every one desirous of having a fine color and texture to hair.
