Let public attention be once painted to this movement of the veterans of 1812, and there will be such an upraising of the patriotic spirit of the masses in its favor, as to induce Congress to look with immediate favor on the relief asked for. GOLD RED SILVER COINMIV IF ItUOSIA.—The Journal do Nines contain], the following informa tion on the quantity of gold and silver coined in Russia since 1826. From that period to 1851, the total value of the gold and silver. produced has been 2,855,769 000 silver rotibliii. There were imported from foreign countrips, in ingots and specie, 189,295 000 roubles ; there were ex ported the value of 48,850,000 roubles ; and that amount, being deducted from the value of the quantity produced and imported, leaves 426,- 714,000 roubles.
