Millies and Samcel Watts, Judires of the Court of Common Pleas of Juniata county, have issued their precept to me directed, bearing date the 28th day of April, 18il for holding a Court of Oyer and Terminer and General Jail Delivery, and General Quarter Sesaions of the Peace, at Mifflintown, on tbe first Mosdat of Septem ber, 1870, being the 5th day of tbe month: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to tbe Coro ner, Justices of tbe Peace and Constables of ths county of Juniata, that they be then and there in (heir proper persons, at 1 o'olosk in the afiernuon ot said day, with records, in quisitions, examinations and other remem brauces, to do those things that to their offi ces respectively appertain, and those that are bound by recogniiance to prosecute against the prisoners that are or then may be in tbe Jail of said county of Juniata, be then and there to prosecute against them as shall be j"?1- ... .. ......
