changed the mode heretofore adopted, prin
cipally 6Y - offering Books and Agricultural
Papers for a portion of the premiums. If any
person shall be awarded the same book or
paper twice he shall be at liberty to substitute
any book' or paper of equal value, and if any
person to, whom a. money premium shall be
awarded, ;shell so desire, he shall be at liberty
to select 'any book of the same value for a
premium. -

value among the Farmeis of this Courtly may
