Firkhkn’s Fiobx.— Daring an alarm of fire yesterday afternoon there was a fight at Twenty first’slid Spruce streets between the Schaylkiu Hose and the Fame and Columbia Hose Compa nies, in which a number were more or less in jnred. The police qrjelled the fi?ht and arrested Thomaß Smith. At Broad and Spruce streets the Schuylkill and Columbia Hobo Companies re newed the fight, but it was again stopped by the police, who arrested Thomas Mulligan. The prisoners were he d for trial. Reoapiored. —Hugh Green, who escaped from the First District Police Station House on the morning of Easter Sunday, was recaptured yesterday morning at ono o'clock by Policemen Scott and Mnrrav, at Sixteenth and South streets. He was with a crowd of young men who were behoving in a disorderly manner. Several charges are pending agalnßt Green, and he was locked up to await the action of the Conrt. Robbery. New Mar of Philadelphia.— A new map of ol this city, 50 bv 62 inches, has just been pub lished by Mr. H.'j Toudy, 505 Chestnut street. It is beautifully colored, and shows too different Wards and Fairmoont Park complete, with the correct limits of the Park as prescribed in the act of Assembly. The map Is reduced from a large survey belonging to tho Department of Survoys, and carefully corrected from their plane and draughts. It is also highly recommended by Mr. Kneass, Chief Engineer of the city. A cor rect mop is greatly needed, and this one should be used by every business man, as It gives all the streets, comic, alleys, &c., with a directory of public and private institutions of the city.
