The train con sisted of nine carriages, communicating with ™rh other by tastefully decorated bridges. Tn the middle was a handsome sitting-room, furnished with chairs, ottomans, sofas, mir rors pictures, clocks and chandeliers. On one side of this room was the dining-room, ana on the otherttoe Emperor’s study. In the mid dle of'the dining-room there was a taofc, capable of being extended or contracted at pleasurtf, with easy chairs placed paniHel to the sides’ of the carriage. The Emperor s study contained an elegant writing-table a clock in the style of the renawsanee, a ther mometer, a barometer and a telegraph appa ratus, by means of which telegraphic com munication was established with the apart ments of the various Court officials traveling with His Majesty. Next to the sUidy was the bedroom of the Emperor and Empress with two beds placed transversely against the sides of the carriage. Two dressing-rooms were attached to the bedroom.. The remain ing carriages consisted of a kitchen, a wme ceUar, and the afhrtmetfts of the Emperors suite. There was also a conservatory tilted .with the choicest flowers. THE COURTS. Quarter Sessions —Judge Ludlow. —In the case of Emily Cooper, charged with assault and battery, the Jury acquitted, but ordered the de fC a boy, was charged with stealing ten apples, valued at one cent each. It was alleged that the boy took the apples from a barrel at Spruce street wharf. Verdict not guilty. Patrick Donahughwas convicted of achaige of stealing a piece of muslin from a store door. Henry Deitrick was convicted of a charge of acquitted of a charge of. f d Joht?kinlan was convicted of a charge of beat ing his wife. She complained that her husband hMI deserted her for two years, and then returned one day in liquor and beat her. .
