W. A. Litre stated that there was an eviden
disposition upon the part of the manufacture
grand mercantile interesta to resume busi
ness on Monday next, and stated that he

to remain unfinished. Re presented a paper

from the Ezeentive Committee. The point,

employment on the fortifications be referred

cities land boroughs, to report on Saturday

call upon all loyal animas of the two cities,
baronets and townships, to meet at the school
house in the two cities for tharpurpon of or
ganising and arranging for the organisation
under the above plan, tab Saturday evening,
at 8 o'clock. All persons enrolling under this

Safety, will be entitled to arms, uniforms, and
