Com.rs.Samuil Rorabaugh Indicted for Larceny at present sessions. The evidence showed that on the od of A]irii last, Alvin \V. Thomas laid down his wallet in the post office in Troy, and presently discovered that it had been taken by some person. Suspicion attached to Rorabaugh, and after search the wallet containing all the money, sl9, was found in a wood pile in the rear of the Presbyterian Church. Jury found Rorabaugh guil ty. and he was sentenced to undergo an imprisonment ol one year in the Penitentiary. Com. vs. Ephraim Flasher —Defendant was indicted for Larceny at present sessions. He was in the employ of J. \Y . Y\ hiteman, of Monroe township, and iu the ab sence of Mr. \\. uttd family, skedaddled with sundry arti cles of clothing and a shot gun.
