.Xurmal Department —Special exercises are arranged
without extra charge for those preparing themselves as
Teachers of Common Schools. Prof. ('. It. COBURN, the
able and well known Superintendent of Common Schools
in the county, ha- kindly consented to organiv.e the Tea
cher's class, and direct the course to be pursued.
He will also be present to conduct its exercises as often
as practicable, and will deliver frequent lectures on the
Theory and Practice of Teaching, as also on other subjr ts |
connected with Normal training.
Those persons, therefore, intending to engage in teach- j
ing for the winter, will find it greatly to their advantage
to be present during the Fall term.
