cuit Court of the United States, tor the Western District
of Pennsylvania, and to me directed, there will lie expos
ed to public sale, at the Court House, in Williamsuort
Pennsylvania, on SATURDAY, tlieSth day of MAY next,
at 2 o clock. P. M.. the following described property, to
wit: A certain tract of land, situate in Spriugtield town
ship, Bradford county. Pennsylvania, containing two
hundred acres, more or less ; one hundred acres. 111 >re or
less, cleared ; bounded 011 the north by land of Stephen
D. Darkness, on the east by land of Jacob Darkness and
others, on the south by land of Tallman D. Behrdslev.
and 011 the west by lands of Jacob Darkness and others
with the appurtenances, consisting of one dwelling house
painted white, three barns, one wagon shed, one corn
house, and other outbuildings, also an orchard of apple
