In Criminal Court yesterday Charles and Emma Keppert and Etta Aiken were tried for malicious mischief, for tearing down a fence on the property of JolinReed on Adams street, in Allegheny. In the cases of Etta Aiken and Emma Keppert the de fendants were found not guilty and the prosecutor ordered to pay the cots. Charles Keppert was also acquitted, but ordered to pay the costs. H.' A. Doverspike, the agent who was charged by Frank Brown with embezzling 521, was lound not guilty. William X eill was acquitted of the charge of stealing a wagon lrom I Steel at 510 Fifth avenue. G. Albert, who was charged with appro priating the money from tie sale of a horse belonging to V. Lazarvitz to his own use7 was acquitted bat ordered to pay costs.
