Mrs. Mcintosh's Objections to Living on a Back Street Are Overruled Oleomar garine Dealers Plead Guilty The Sewi or the County and United States Courts. In the Orphans Court an order has been made dismissing the petition of Mrs. Marr E. Mclntoth, who asked for the removal of D. Howard Brown as guardian of her three minor children. She had claimed that he wanted to make her lire on Auburn street, a back street, and objected to her living on Ellsworth avenue, a front street; that he would not allow her sufficient for the children's support out of their income, and that be had threatened to remove the children irom her and had thereby injured her health. A hearing in the case was had and it re sulted in the court sustaining Mr. Brown, the guardian, in all the matters in which complaint had been made against him, and dismissing the petition. STOPPING THE BOTES. Application for an Injunction Upon a Na tional Bank. A bill in equity was filed in the United States Circuit Court yesterday by C. M. Ly man, surviving partnerof the firm of LymaD A Taylor, of Sew York, against the First Rational Bank or Bradford, John A. O'Dell and X. VV". McCourt. The suit is brought to restrain the bank from disposing of promis sory notes, aggregating $S,450, made payable to the firm or Lyman & Taylor and held by the bank, also a mongaie given to the firm by O'Dell & McCourt. The notes and mort. page, it is stated, were given to the bankbv Taylor, of the firm, who owed the bank money on an individual account. Though the notes and mortgage were partnership pionerty he indorsed the firm name and gave them to tlie bank. A'ter Tailor's death Lyman discovered this and now want9 the bank compelled to turn ttiemover to him. A Dissatisfied Partner. Ernest M. Hlrch entered a suit yesterday againt W. S.
