O'Neil, Harry McDonald, J. A. Henderson, "W. J. Wood, Addison Lysle, Joseph Gould. The meeting convenes in the Fifth Ave nue Hotel at -10 o'clock September 15. Bivermen from all over the country attend these meetings and all changes in the laws relating to navigation are made upon the recommendation of this Board. A great deal has been accomplished by these meet ings in the past. Much important business will come before the present meeting, and the Pittsburg men will push the projected changes and improvements in the Ohio and Monongahela riverej so that something definite may be done in a short time.
