Gaj ble against the Duquesne Traction Company and others. The plaintifts are property holders on oppo site sides of Bayard street and sued to have the Duquesne company's tracks and an un necessary fill removed frorr: the street. .Among other things the report says: It js now admitted that the 1111 in front of the plaintiffs' property -was unlawful and is a. nuisance, and the master is of the opinion that the Duquesne Traction Company, op erating the Crai; Street Railway Company, could be required to remove it, although it did not cause the All to be made. David Katz yesterday received a verdict for $200 in his suit against S. Simpson, D. Simpson, L. Smith and William Shore, an action for damages for alleged lalse arrest. Katz had been arrested to compel him to say ir he knew anything of the whereabouts of a brother of Smitn's, who had run off. He was afterward released, and sued for damages. Louis Boff yesterday entered suit against C V. Boerner for 5,000 damages -for alleged false arrest, Boff states that on November 20, 189L he was arrested on a charge of ma licious mischief made by Boerner before Al derman Black.
