THE PITTSBURG DISPATCH' THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3, 1891. 3 ITAII&HS AT THE "WOHLD'S FAIB. Dr. Xardyr Anxious to Have Hl Country men Well Keprescnted. Dr. Xardyz, the Italian physician in J'ittsburj, thinks his countryman should take more than usual interest in the Colum bian Exposition on account of the fact that Christopher Columbus was himself an Ital ian. He says there has not yet been any organized movement in Pittsburg, but some thing may yet be done. In case concen trated action is not taken, he will make a - personal exhibit of models in anat omy, which, he claims, will be as large and valuable as any other private col lection in the country. "He is now prepar ing a model of a human heart, three feet high, with the other dimensions propor tionate. It will be made of cork and fine elastic, and in such a way that it can be tal.cn apart. The other models the doctor will place on exhibition represent nearly all parts of the human body. He has several skeletons and bones enough to start a cemetery. The col lection will be very interesting, and Dr. Uardyz is anxious that other Italians inthe city will join him in showing that the Pitts burg representation from that country take an interest in American affairs. Cnoup is prevented by the timely use of r. Bull's Con;h Syrup." It's the mother's Dr. friend. Mackintosh Coat Makes n very sensible and useful present. "Wc keep the best made. See our far. display.
