All the departments are rapidly nlling np with articles interesting to the farmers and city residents as -well. The art hall contains some excellent specimens of the ladies' handiwork, on which they put in their long winter eienings. A daily f.iir bulletin is printed from this building. FINE STOCK ON THE GROtSTS. In the stables in the lower end of the in closure is to be found fine slock. The fanners of Allegheny county have not been especially ambitious in this line, but the showing made yesterday develops the fact that they aro making rapid advancement. A fair is an educational institution for the agricultnrits, as well as to enlist their pride in the exhibitions. The Tarentum fair -i lieirresentoliie Allegheny Covnty Porter. stems to be doing its work in this line well.
