Annie Sippev, alias Em ma King, pleaded guilty to the larceny of a dress from Peter King. Sentence sus pended, and the girl was given into the care of Agent Dean, of tbe Anti-Cruelty Society. Reed Crane pleaded guilty to the larceny of $40 from Charles Kirk, of the American House. He was sentenced to one year to the workhouse. John Rellly pleaded guilty to the larceny of a castor from George Smallsteioe. He was sentenced to four months to tbe workhouse. James Fal'oy pleaded guiltv to entering tbe building of Ed ward Wallace, with felonious Intent. He wps sent one rear to the workhouse. Kdward Mey ers pleaded guilty to misdemeanor In jumping his board bill. He was sentenced four months to tbe workhouse. ... ... James Bradley was acquitted of assault and battery on Alex Robertson. The land In dispute is a farm in Fayette township. It is claimed by Mrs. Murphy that she signed a contract for the sale of butter, which afterward transpired to be a paper signing awav the farm.
