July 16, 1942, CENTRE HALL AND VICINITY THIRD ANNUAL FIREMEN'S CARNIV AL OPENS TONIGHT The third annual Centre Hall Fire- men's Carnival begins this evening when the parade moves from the grade school building at 7 o'clock, toward the carnival grounds on Grange Park V. A. Auman, gencral chairman, announces that ground prizes, in- cluding a bridge set of table and chairs and an elaborate coffee urn, will be awarded each evening at about 11:30 o'clock. Winners must be present to receive these prizes, which will be on display at the nival grounds.
