D., died April 20, 1942, at her home at Trout Run Star Route. She also leaves her husband, Webster L. Bierly, two sons, another daughter, her aged mother, Mrs Elizabeth Messner of Salladasburg: two brothers, a sister, and several grandchildren FRANK 5S. ARMSTRONG Frank Stevens Armstrong, father of Mrs. Emily Davis Bellefonte, died Thursday night of last week at his home in Willlamsburg, from a heart attack. A native of Pittsburgh, Mr. Armstrong came to Tyrone early in his life and was office manager for the West Virginia Pulp and Pa- per Company until 38 vears ago he was transferred to the Williamsburg mill He was united in marriage with Luella M.
